I am attorney Samuel J. Muldavin, and I have been practicing law for over 25 years.
Over the years, I have represented many individuals in many types of cases and have gained extensive legal knowledge and insight that can be invaluable to my clients. Even more, I remain as passionate about my work today as I was at the very beginning of my career. I am my clients' advocate and their protector, dedicated to achieving for them the best possible result to their legal problems.
My Practice
I represent people who have been accused of crimes and who those have been injured through the negligence of others. I mediate disputes in an effort to resolve them outside of court. My attorney defense practice involves defending lawyers against allegations of professional misconduct brought by the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility.
Clients come to me when they are in trouble and don't know what to do. They look to me to be their champion and to fight to set things right. It is my honor to be of service to them.
