Meet Samuel J. Muldavin, Attorney at Law
After graduating from Tulane University Law School in 1981, I began my legal career at a maritime defense firm in New Orleans, representing oil companies, stevedoring companies and maritime insurers. In 1988, I moved to Memphis and joined an insurance defense law firm before opening my own practice in 1992. Since then, I have taken what I learned defending the big companies and put it to use as an advocate for personal injury victims.
In addition to personal injury victims, my clients are people who have been charged with crimes and attorneys whose law licenses are in jeopardy. As a matter of public service, I also serve as a part-time assistant county attorney for Shelby County.
